Halo's Multiplayer cannot be rated yet becuase it isn't even finished(Patch coming in october), Everyone is too busy grinding COD style to get the armor unlocks early, people aren't playing for fun yet, I have not played a single custom game with more than 4 people since the game came out. When people make the switch to playing the game as it was met to be played (forgeworld chaos and all that) you can actually vast judgement. (I went several weeks in Halo 3 grinding and not playing any custom games either before you say something).

And from what I've heard Starcraft II's Map popularity system is pretty bad (only the most popular maps get hosted and anything new drifts down to rock bottom)

Personally i'm fine with both storylines and for someone who lived and breathed starcraft for a couple of years i can say Starcraft II's story is predictable, I knew what was going to happen to Hansen's jolly crew the Second she wanted to stay on raynors ship. The real main villian is still duran and he is still pulling strings (if you haven't noticed start spelling sidecharacter's names backwards). Tychus practically told Raynor he was going to turn on him in the end. and then later he hinted at his motives and so on.

Reach's story is also less predictable in my case anyway, i mean ok we KNEW they were going to lose. I mean really we see reach burning during the first cutscene of halo 1. Did anyone really guess (besides seeing the adds) what was going to happen in space, and what noble team was going to end up doing, i didn't. And some of the characters in reach i really liked cliche or not, Jorge was classic and really set the mood for the game, Jun's mission felt alot like the Halo 1 sniper mission (and his input was nice also) and Six himself had some character to him, it is definatly an upgrade from ODST's mute rookie as a main character.

Reach's campaign sucked. They killed off the best character in the fifth mission.

He died because of his good character. If he survived, he would have had to have selfish traits which would make him overall worse.

But we were left with the most insipid and arrogant pricks at the end, who contributes basically nothing to the team.

At least the others actually do something. I think the only thing he ever did was fire a MAC cannon, and he failed at that as well.

Seriosuly Fuck Emile.

I believe people dislike Emile, because he wasn't fleshed out as much as the other characters.

If they game him more lines, people would've liked him more.

And maybe a different gun than a shotty. >.>

If his only few lines hadn't made him out to be a dick, and he actually did more in the game, I might have a different opinion on him.

Why does the CQC specialist always camp at the back where his weapon is next to useless?

I find it funny the other day reading people who have completed Reach on Mythic, and they all agreed Emile was next to useless, especially when put in close quarters, as his very sluggish to melee, and usually the target evades a good 10 seconds ahead of time.

They said that he was getting dominated by a side stepping grunt.

Ever played counter-strike? Map creation has kept that game alive for 6 years.
